If we look at it Bangbabes media ceased to exist from last month so were in reality only renting the channels from Playboy Tv so I'd imagine that Redlight have in actual fact simply just bought them all over because as all channels still do exist that's probably the real reason and not ofcom on this occasion. Its a bit like being a tennant in a house and somebody simply buying them off your landlord and kicks you out. Money talks in this world and Bangabes media had none as they were only renting these channels and also it appears that no contact was agreed on how long Playboy would lease them out to them. All the models have been treated abysmally by a company that knew since last month that they were on borrowed time.
redlight is run buy bang media. jest read this http://www.redlightcentral.tv/terms.php
its go bang madia on it.
You cannot be kicked out of your rented property if you have not broken any tenancy agreement, and that agreement still being in the allotted time of the said tenancy.

they did break the stupid rules of ofcom. as soon as a company is declared bankrupt and out of business all contracts are void therefore other parties can come in offer contracts.
Yeah they did break the rules of Ofcom,
not the laws of the land though.
But still the spineless bastards that were running this outfit have never taken a legal step towards getting a court case started.
They deserve what they got in one repect, but,if this country of ours was not such a nanny state they would still be flying.
Blame whoever you like, but, remember this,we the public are the ones that are at fault, because we let a few morans complain about something `they` dont like, and then sit back and let the likes of Ofcom dictate to us what we can watch.
Call that democracy!!!!!Well I don`t

RE: RIP Bang Babes : Gone Bust...
10.5m watched eastenders cot death episode and around 4000 complained about it. the attitude of this country steams from the attitude of the government at the time. labour introduced the nanny state where by they, the labour party, knows best on how to run our lives from bring our children up to what we can watch to fox hunting. their, labour party, attitude was if a few can only do it then it gets banned, sports day at primary schools became non competitive due politicaly correct little shits in goverment between 1997 and 2010. to get rid of one attitude behaviour and replace it with another takes time. it was not until around 2000 when all the injury lawyers became big buisness then some when bankrupt. this country since 1997 has become like the "bible belt" in america where no-one can show any cleavage on tv. hot busty bbc presenters have to hide their cleavage due to the daily mail/pc brigade.
i assume that in the contract there was a stipulation about ofcom, if not then someones lawyer has fucked up.
law of the land? law of the land has no legal bearing in courts
