POLL Anal sex... Worth the fuss?

Can be interesting once or twice, but when there's something that just feels so much better ready for entry I fail to see this big urge to enter that circle!

I love it, and have enjoyed it with a dozen women,(very recently with a girl who'd never done it before,and loved it) and its so 'on the menu' for me now,that if i got a flat refusal i know there'd be other problems in the relationship,so i move on. But that hardly every happens these days,most girls seem to be into it even if they havent tried it! Thank god for the proporganda of porn! (and all those girl mags they read giving them sex tips! ) Smart girls get more i say,up the ass! As for it taking a lot more trouble, i always have lube on standby anyway, and by then the girl is usually relaxed enough,its not something to 'begin' with.
An interesting statistic for me,is that of the 12 ive done up the ass, only 4 of them had done it before, and i think part of the fun is both being with a girl who loves it cos she enjoyed it with another guy,ANDthe excitement of those who know they really should try it,if theyre to live of to the expectations of a lothario such as myself!! It's never really floated my boat and I've never seen the attraction. I think for many of us it isn't one thing in particular, possibly a combination of the gay thing, having your meat browned and smelly, and also the consideration that if done wrongly you could hurt (or even damage) your loved one. Also, being one of the older members on the forum it was almost unheard of (or at least, not admitted or discussed!) in heterosexual relationships in my formative sexual years (to give you an idea of how much things have changed, when I went to University, I would estimate that at least 50% of the first-year girls were still virgins and in those days a woman going on top was regarded as kinky!!!).

I've never known the question arise on a one-night stand (as I say, it was almost unheard of in those days and besides, usually I couldn't stay awake long enough anyway). The first mrs w was very keen on trying it, and was forever trying to shove a finger up my arse in an attempt to convert me. The second mrs w is completely against it but that suits us fine (if only I could combine the best bits of.....no, I'd better not finish that sentence....)

But I think the point here is that if both partners are happy with it and you enjoy it then go for it.
