I think if they did anything over the top, they would tell Sky to remove their EPG as with Bangbabes, unless they are using a different satellite

No. Sky are answerable to Ofcom.

If Sky are answerable to Ofcom, then why don`t sky take ofcom on. As a 1 to 1, I would bet my balls that Murdoc would hang Ofcom out to dry,and the outcome would cost the tax payers [us] millions of £. So why don`t they do this then?

Why would they bother, they recieve £1 million a year for each tv slot, if one goes out of business, another takes its place. Sky doesn't need to bother about the content of a show, they're already getting their money.

But Murdoc already has a lot of slots for the euro channels and a lot of these put on [what would be classed as extreme porn by our standards] so why does he leave our country wanting?

The length of the opening message is desperate, artificially extended with needless details and the voice deliberately talking slowly. The old "late log in" trick is another one that grinds my gears.
It's nothing to do with Ofcom, as they are only concerned with what is shown on screen. The phone service is provided by Square One Ltd (I think), and PhonepayPlus regulates that, I believe.
With all the adverts and interruptions on BS, I think it's about time the Advertising Standards Authority or the Office of Fair Trading had an in-depth look at these channels.
Edit: Interestingly, one of the types of complaint the ASA deal with is "promotions that are unfairly run or special offers that have left you disappointed". Surely that would cover the pictures that are available "For x amount of time only"?
The company that provides the phone services for the night time Cellcast babe channels is a company called "Live Lines UK" this company's name scrolls along the bottom of the Cellcast OSG night shows , "Square One Comm" now provide the new improved phone services for the "Red Light" channels , also have the ASA or the Office of Fair Trading got any jurisdiction over what is advertised on overseas Dutch licensed tv channels ? , i'm not so sure they have but they definitely should have a in-depth look at these channels because they are advertised and shown on UK TV .
Life is short . Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile .
