There's some great gospel and blues - and old country music in particular is awesome - and this is coming from a long haired metalhead

The 40+ reader's wives show used to have some cracking tunes in a James Lastesque vein. I never did work out how to turn the picture off though.

I would just like to thank Jamie and Lee at Elite for resolving the problems i had calling Ashley Emma at the weekend.

Good to know to customer is important

Well, it almost had to happen, the annoying box is now on Elite nights. There was a fullscreen advert for the website earlier too

Lucky you. I doubt others on here that call Elite TV (including myself) will ever get an explanation as to some of the problems that I/they have experienced calling this channel. I know I certainly won't forget that night shift Alice did where she spent most of the time off the phone, yet the next day she was happily bragging about how much money they made. Yeah, 'cause most people were stuck in the fucking menu system, which seems to happen a fair amount.

I know. Not even "22" has an OSG like that. Elite has been rather poor for the past month or so, minus a couple of good shows. It's usually the channel I watch the most, but lately it's been the channel I watch the least

I,m sorry to hear that other people have in the past experienced the same problems as myself. I too got stuck in the menu system, repeatedly being told i was being put through only to hear nothing but dead air. I e-mailed jamie at elite and he replied asking for details of what happened, i explained the problem and he promised to look into it. The next day i was contacted by Lee who confirmed the details of what happened and apologised for any inconvenience and said he would sort things out.

Unfortunately i can only comment on my own experiences with Elites customer services, and i have to say it was a very positive experience.

Hopefully they will be able to sort out any future problems with equal success.
