The skirt is so cute! The black tape needs to go though Smile

Never been a big fan of the tape, mostly because I end up envisioning the women taking it off, and ripping some skin, and also because it never looks as good as lingerie or underwear.

Bailey looks great in her outfit though, and the hair style is fun and sexy as well!
