Highest paid girl??

looks like sammie p wants to be the highest paid girl on the channels. not sure how well it's been working out for her so far

I was told a year ago by a (realtively new) girl working for Elite it was 35 quid an hour for a day shift and 50 for a night shift

that's poor if its true. i mean considering what they earn, i known that they have to earn more than pay out on wages etc but i reckon that the girls deserve more than that. if they only get 50 quid an hour, they'd be as well taking calls direct from fans on skype and they could earn far more than 50 quid an hour. I read that tara o'connor and teresa may do this by appointment and they earn 50 quid for 20 minute calls. so if girls were popular enough they could do this and earn 150 quid an hr.....

its not for me to tell elite how to run their business but if they are offering models like sammie pennington and alice 50 quid an hr, then i'm not so sure i'd want to phone the models. from the point of view why should i pay 1.53 a minute specifically to phone the models i like and they only might get 3 quid from a 20 minute call. i'[d much rather phone them direct, elite might be forgetting that people phone for the girls on the whole and not for the station. The popular girls like sammie and alice should be paid accordingly.

Just a couple thoughts.

An obvious observation, no matter how much the girls get paid, it must be worth it or else they wouldn't do it. If it wasn't lucrative the girls would surely seek employment with more social hours.

Why do people think that £50 p/h is not a decent wage? No disrespect to the girls but it isn't exactly rocket science to repeat over and over "Do you want to stick your hard cock in me". At the moment a high percentage of population earn a lot less.

As with all private businesses the bosses will take a huge chunk of the profit from the cost of the calls.

Finally, how much they earn is none of our fucking business.

Do you have to repeat over and over "Do you want to stick your hard cock in me" for your £30 p/h? If so then you are paid 40% less than your female peers, clear evidence of gender based wage inequality.

At £30 ph? No, my budget doesn't extend to that.

I would guess that the pay system works much the same way as it does in football; in-coming big-money transfers would most likely be lured by new/other channels with big pay incentives, whilst girls who have been at a channel for some while might be offered perhaps slightly better terms to keep them, but would probably be offered more by a different channel which sought their services.

I think that £50 per hour is pretty low considering that these girls are on television - I would certainly think they are amongst the lowest-paid television presenters in Britain if that's how much they earn. And they are in the highly-competitive and stressful sales business, where they are performance-rated in relation to the number of minutes they acquire during their shift. It's not just about sitting/lying there looking pretty.

Mind you, many of them have other jobs to make extra money, be it modelling, escorting or updating their wishlists...
