I like a lot of bands and most types of music but I think being from Bristol I will go for Massive Attack their debut album Blue Lines is a classic its a pity they are not more prolific with their output - plus Tricky Im a big fan of the stuff he does

cant pick just 1, impossible for me. led zep, radiohead, eagles, queen, early britpop groups and singers range from bowie to van morrison to bob dylan, and on and on and on.

Hard one this is, cause I am a big Soul and Motown Fan (being a 40 year old), but I loved the Smiths in my teenage years Morrissey awsome and Johnny Marr was a genius.
But, sticking with Soul & Motown they are just shaded by the Isley brothers who were a band.
Ernie Isley on guitar (summer breeze & Who's that Lady...awesome, listen to those on a summers day on the beach with the earphones on!!!).

In fact I'm going to bung it on now!!!

It has to be The Specials for me even though they split first time out before I was born I caught the reformed version live last year and they were amazing

Without a shadow of a doubt it has to be Queen. Nobody else comes close.
