The delectable Karina's last night of bringing deep joy to the loins of the nation's telephonanists.

It's quite tame as all the n-4-1's are at the moment, but I enjoyed it, particularly as it it features that most rare of beasts - The all-jiggling-triple-reverse-gusset.
