Very witty cartoon, but poor service is not funny. I have tried to call Kate Darcy 3 or 4 times this evening. The first time she was already on a call ( no problem ) the second time the system told me Kate was on a call but she was clearly waving the phone around waiting for someone to get through ( i believe the system was trying to connect me to the wrong girl ) The last time i got through, the system put me through to the girls at home line and tried to connect me, when i pressed the star button to return to the main menu it put me BACK to the girls at home line.

As much as i like Kate i will NEVER call redlight again.

I am seriously pissed off with the amount of problems these lines seem to have.
