The 2001 'Invasion' storyline may have been the biggest screw-up in the history of the industry, however I think Steve Austin's work during the same period was some of the finest of his career. His slightly cowardly/insecure heel character was a riot. The on screen chemistry and comic timing he had especially with Kurt Angle was golden :

To many to post here but will list some off.
Anything from Eddie Kingston, especially from 2008 in Chikara, was classic.
CM Punk always cuts a great promo, especially loved his one from MLW about Raven. Speaking of which:
Raven's promos are always great.
ECW had some great promos, especially from Cactus Jack and Steve Austin.
Finally, Larry Sweeney was also classic when he was in front of the camera.

Before TNA ruined him i like this mainly for the "I'll kill ya" lock stock line

Secondly, A shoot promo by Eddie's brother Doug on Lawler that went WAAYYYY over the top.
