Dr Who

Really looking forward to the new series of Dr Who, i too had my reservations about Matt Smith but he really has made the part his own. It,s one of the few decent programs that the beeb actually still makes.

Pity we only ever seem to get 13 episodes a series.

Matt Smith to me is now a contender for Greatest Doctor Who ever with Karen Gillan perhaps contender for sexiest Doctor Who's companion ever just wish they would get shot of her bloke so that I might get a look in.

I think Karen Gillan is far sexier than Billy Piper ever was, plus she can act better too but the Amy Pond character has a certain mystique about it that the Rose character just didn't have or maybe Karen is just far better at pulling off the part than Billy Piper ever was. Catherine Tate sorry to say it but I just wasn't a big fan of her, either on the comedy scene or as Doctor Who's assistant. Anyway back to the present and I think we now possibly have the best Doctor Who cast ever, roll on 6 O'Clock. Question for you why is that Scotland has all of the best looking women around.

agree with you that amy is better than rose and rose is probably the sexiest companion in dr who but disagree about her bieng sexier than billie piper. for me they are both very sexy.

really enjoyed tonight's episode, lots of stories have been set up to go through rest of series. cant wait to see how it ends nex week

Doctor Who has kicked off in style tonight, great opening episode, allready it's filled me with suspense and waiting impatiently until next week's episode. Certainly much darker than season 5 and more twists and turns to follow.

river song stills get more mystrious with each episode. we know she kills him or do we, i like she says spoilers and hello sweetie.

this series is going to get better and better as it goes on. last series was like a russell t davis and moffat mix and the christmas and comic relief specials and this episode has moffat firmly stamping his authority on it.

Yes it appears to have taken a much more adult oriented twist on it, last series like I said had a bit of the CBBC about it but I think the new series is getting back to the much more complex and darker side to it all. Tonights episode certainly gave me much to ponder over and it had a sort of X Files feel to it.

Excellent first episode, but have not got a clue what's going on.

same here. will be watching all the repeats of it so i can have things figured out for the final part of this story on saturday
