I'd also want to support this view - I'm sure that Bailey ( and others who have commented )could quite easily have just kept quiet. It says a lot that Bailey has taken the time and trouble to make comment. I also think that the models are stuck in the middle - I feel very sorry for them. I can't see a Smilie that represents a round of applause but if there was one I'd attach multiples of it!

Yes its fantastic to be working with Sammie again (just need to get Rose Wood back now!! haha) and Alex is a fab addition :-) I'm sad to see TJ leave as she is a friend as well as a work colleague but I can assure you all TJ's reasons for leaving weren't anything to do with panicking about the future of Sport and a case of "jumping out of the frying pan!"

Just a different perspective on this guys. This is posted on Serenas own site and headed "Rules"

As the girls have said - it appears that the "rules" are in constant flux - I think as many other have said - its just a matter of waiting for the wheel to turn round again.

ive said it as well, the channels have spells where they push the rules and then followed by spells of holding back. i think sport now are gong back to their best, bailey's going naked again and sakora has said she's goin naked again next week

well if thats the case what serena has said i can only assume that the channels make the rules up as they go along,"cant touch ones leg"?shouted at wtf ?if the girls dont have boundries how are they to know when they are breaking the rules? ,the simple fact is that the restrictions they are using at the moment are the strictest i have ever seen a channel take !

they do mate, i think it is quite ironic that most of the channel's in house rules are a lot tougher than what ofcom demands

I think the main issue is that Ofcom are investigating breaches that happened whilst the sport channels were operated by someone else last summer and they failed to record output as required. Big mistake!

If I remember correctly the license has also been put forward for statutory sanctions for failing to retain output and other breaches of the code.

There are also more recent complaints still being investigated and it could be said that Sport have attracted the regulators attention by avoiding the clear guidelines and allowing nudity and "slips" very close to 9pm and use of objects between the legs at later hours.

The rules in place may not be ideal and certainly within a few years will difficult to enforce with the rise in internet enabled TV; but I guess it's like the highway code, break the rules and you might get caught.

I'm sorry but I don't recall these deficiencies - Sport have pushed it occasionally to the limit but not over it as far as I can recall. As far as " break the rules " - I wish!!!
