It happens because this way RLC can scam some extra coin out of their callers. If I knew how to solve it there wouldn't be a problem

A caller has to be in the system to hear the silence so I don't think it affects the girls' stats, but obviously a girl looking bored while not taking calls doesn't make for a particularly stimulating show to watch

I've had the same thing happen when i've tried to call Dannii on a couple of occasions, so I just don't bother anymore. It's RLCs lost if they lose callers.

This channel is starting to get a bad reputation for running some sort of phone scam (allegedly) and is starting to leave a bad taste in the mouth of a few people , this seriously needs addressing and questions being asked by people who are spending money on this channel and are indirectly paying the wages of the girls and every body at RLC need out of courtesy to have some answers to what the hell is going wrong with the phone lines .
There is 50.000 thousand members on this forum and many thousands more that visit as guests , so it is possible that thousands of prospective callers may well be put off from spending their hard earned cash on a channels that seems to be (allegedly) running a phone scam , this sort of bad reputation is bound to have a effect in long term phone revenue IMO so needs addressing and addressing fast .
Irrespective of whether Cathy chooses to answer comments on posts about your favorite girls not being on enough or if the shows are to tame or if not enough variety of sets are used etc she should always for the sake of good customer relations and for the reputation of RLC answer questions/concerns about the phone problems , it is the people who ring and txt into RLC that are lining the pockets of the RLC people and are indirectly paying the girls wages so they should be given if only out of courtesy towards people that help to keep RLC on air some answers IMO . So instead of posting sarcastic little rolling men when replying to Post's they don't like the RLC reps should try answering concerns about the phone problems instead IMO .
