Ofc@m are just one reason why the output (day and night) from this broadcaster is relatively tame.
They have launched a serious campaign against RLC, allegedly following complaints received against all their channels.

I believe all the above 'complaints' are Ofc@m's own pro-active monitoring of this broadcaster.
Red Light Central broadcast on the Sky EPG courtesy of licenses owned by both Playboy and Just4us TV Limited.
Channel 911 Red Light 1 Licensee Just4us TV Limited.
Channel 902 Red Light 2 Licensee Playboy TV UK/Benelux Ltd.
Channel 948 Red Light 3 Licensee Playboy TV UK/Benelux Ltd.
Channel 916 Extreme (RL Lounge/Central). Licensee Playboy TV UK/Benelux Ltd.
Just4Us is a wholly owned subsidiary of Playboy TV UK/Benelux Limited.
Playboy and Just4Us have recently attended a meeting with the regulator concerning breaches of the BCAP Code and are literally on a last warning.
Following five 'In Breach' findings against this broadcaster prior to Xmas Ofc@m made the following statement.
In light of the above and Ofc@m’s recent concerns with Just4Us and Playboy’s compliance, Ofc@m is now requiring the licensees to attend a meeting at Ofc@m to discuss its compliance procedures. Ofc@m also puts Just4Us and Playboy on notice that it must take all necessary and appropriate measures to ensure its channels comply with the BCAP Code in the future. Ofc@m will not expect further breaches of this nature to occur again.
Playboy were also hauled over the coals by Ofc@m in August and December 2010 when leasing out a channel to Tease Me TV 2 for inappropriate content. Tease Me TV 2 was a channel operated by Bang Media who had all four of their licenses revoked by Ofc@m.
If the above investigations are found 'In Breach' Playboy and Just4Us will at least be heavily fined or even have their licenses revoked.
Ofc@m are playing tough with the Babechannels at the moment and that stance is reflected on all channels, especially those who lease the channels like RLC. I have no doubt that Playboy have drawn a line in the sand concerning content over which RLC must not tread.
In the last seven months Ofc@m has revoked 5 babechannel licenses and issued a fine of £90,000 to another operator.
Nudity, titillation and any hint of overt sexual content on these channels create anxiety at Ofc@m HQ.
