Tricky one that! just the fact that you are a former work colleague and possibly have mutual friends/acquaintances/etc in common might freak her out. I guess she isn't using her real name but putting an ad like that on the internet with a recognizable picture is hardly discrete. Think about how many people potentially can see the ad!

Yes it would be interesting if you book her, it might be an idea to phone her to make the booking, but don't change your first name when you make the booking. If she does recognise your voice and refuses to see you, then you haven't wasted your time going to see her.
