Aren't there like 7 different versions? If i ever get around to watching this film I'd want to see the definitive one...

From memory, I think the "Directors Cut" version, which came out much later, removed the dialog at the start, which gave an explanation about what was going on. It also implied that Harrison Ford was himself a replicant. I did not like either of these 2 changes, and preferred the original version that I saw. An excellent film.
