You will have to keep checking your team every week, for subs, injuries, transfers.
A little knowledge would help but i'am sure you could pick it up as you went along.

Footbal knowledge isn't that essential, and if all you want to do is participate then its pretty easy. When you resgister on the site you only need to select a squad of 15 players, within the allocated budget. If even that strikes you as too hard, then you can click auto select (or similar) when creating your team and the site will provide you with a random team.

From that point on, if you don't feel doing anthing else, you can just leave those players in your team for the season. Or, if you want to get more involved, you can make up to one* transfer per week to keep your team current by replacing injured, non playing or out of form players.

*You can make more transfers if you wish, but 'one per week' is the simple version of things.

Woah, stop sounding like a wimp and get signed up! Not knowing much about football is a minor consideration, as you might get some success just by being lucky. Besides I think for anyone posting in this thread joining should be compulsory. You'll probably put others to shame, who are afraid of having their football management credentials put to the test!

I'm looking into the possibility of adding our own cup competition to our fantasy league, in which case there may be an additional title and prize on offer. It could be an interesting extra to the league.

Second place would be good. If I repeat last season's form I'll end up playing for 50th!

OK less than 4 days to go to register for the league if you want to get in before the season starts. (As the fantasy league site may have a last minute rush, it might be a good idea not to wait until Saturday).

I've just entered my team, Spicy Ham FC, for the competition. There are now 128 teams in the league, and loads more will surely enter over the next four days.

Favourite babes remaining: Hannah Martin, Abbey B, Clare Richards, Paige Green, Becky Roberts, Abbee Kimberly, Electra

I gave up looking last season after I slipped onto the third or fourth page,no idea what my end result was.
