Film/Movie title request

I know this is completely random, and not exactly the most obvious place to look, but I've been trying to remember the title of this awful horror/slasher movie I watched a few years back.

It was a bunch of college kids who went on holiday to an island and stayed at one of the character's house/villa.

One by one they all get killed etc, but one death stands out in particular - A girl (blonde I think) gets killed while she is taking a topless swim in the water.

She hides under the bridge but gets killed with a big knife or something and as she dies, the killer lifts her out of the water just enough to expose her boobs one last time - It's a funny death.

I think the victims are taken to a house and cut up into pieces by a doctor who wants to keep their organs or something.

Anyways, if anyone can help it would really scratch an itch.

Slasher movies don't tend to live long in my memory and sort of all blend into one.

They weren't on an island, just on holiday near wherever Jason with the machete lives in America. One of the characters did own the house though so I got that right.

And as for having their organs removed - Gaz nailed that one with Paradise Lost.
