The non boobs out rule before 10.30pm on freeview Ch 95 has got nothing to do with Ofcom , that channel has a Dutch licence , Ofcom themselves say they don't regulate the BS channels with a Dutch licence , if Ofcom did regulate this channel then it wouldn't be allowed to broadcast before 12am , it's just Cellcast self regulating themselves again for reasons only they know , it could be the fact that they realise the freeviewers are missing out on the 9pm-10pm non topless "tease hour" so are giving them 30mins so they don't feel left out

This is what puzzles me most. Ofcom must have some sort of influence over the Dutch-licensed channels, otherwise they would be able to show hardcore porn, but as long as the rest of their babe channel rules were being observed I can't see them bothering to intervene. If I remember correctly from when I was able to receive European satellite channels, the Dutch allow hardcore porn even on mainstream free-to-air channels, so I can't imagine them getting too stressed about a few topless girls on an adult sex chat show.

Cellcast are a law unto themselves , they do a lot of puzzling things that don't make any sense to me , not so long ago but just before BS1 Sky Ch 906 started broadcasting on freeview it had a reputation of being very tame , that channel has the Dutch non Ofcom regulated licence but was a tamer channel than it's rivals with a Ofcom licence , at that time the Sport xxx , Bangbabes , Babeworld channels were doing a hell of a lot of close up ass to camera position and open leg positions with the camera man doing lots of lingering close ups (Ofcom allowed this back then) , the BS channel girls used to do a lot of side to cam positions , if the girl turned her ass to camera the camera man would only show it for a very short time before panning away . like i said this channel wasn't regulated by Ofcom but was tamer than most channels with a Ofcom licence , Why was this ? , i haven't got a clue , it's just another puzzling thing that Cellcast did .

As a freeviewer I'm disappointed to lose 3 hours of Bsblue every night (and I'm sure I'm not alone). As far as freeview is concerned, Ella might as well not have been on last night for all we saw of her.

Now I realise you have no control over the broadcasting hours, or the way the girls are rotated around the channels, but is there a reason the webstream can't be switched to Bsblue from 11pm when Bs1 is live on both sky and freeview anyway?
The web audience for Bs1 must be minimal from 11pm on whereas you have a freeview audience who wouldn't be able to watch Bsblue any other way for 4 hrs. You would have little to lose and alot to gain from doing this, surely.

Still hoping for an answer to this. Seems a perfectly reasonable question.

Bs is still a mess. Too many ads on screen an still running the stupid presenter idea. It's funny how bs has a dutch licence which allows them to be more explicit, they replace topless babes with babes who do porn yet bs is boring as hell.

Watching babestation is a bit like people watching one of there faverite soaps,when it first comes on its interesting,has great stories,and people.But as time goes on it goes stale and boring,with people only tuning in hoping it will return to its former glory.And this is my point,babestation should take a leaf out of there own book and have a look at babestatiion in pictures in this forum,and see how they used to be.Which was a thousand times better than they are know,i know you should never dwell on the past ,but anything has got to be better than this boring stale state of affairs at the moment
