Yeah I've been really ill and haven't been in work so have slacked on the schedule for a few days, from the bottom of my heart I'm sorry, I seriously can't apologise enough. If I knew how much it ruined your day I would've forced myself out of bed and written it, just for you guys, to keep you happy as valued customers that obviously buy Xtreme every night and that's why it's so important that you see a schedule every day.

Alternatively, it's just the latest thing you can jump on to have a pop at us about.

And don't start saying that other people should do it in my absense, because it really doesn't matter that much, and the other person that uses this login has far more important things to be doing. That's the reality.
But I'm back now, and today I will post tonights schedule, which you can then read and decide not to buy and moan about repeats.

May I respectfully suggest that looking after your customers is one of THE most important things that a business can do.
Your comments speak volumes about the channel's attitude to its paying customers.

After last night lapdance session on extreme would it not be a step forward to get girls like tiffany , daryl morgan and candy doing these and maybe then with time they may show more on extreme
I remember seeing an interview with Daryl Morgan saying that she would only go as far as doing solo or g/g, but she has never been approached to do anything like this, it was an interviews with sexstaion a while back

I watched last night, and I'm confused by this "lapdance" stuff being bandied about. Unless I fell asleep and didn't realise it, I have no recollection of this.

I would just like to say the guy who was ill should not be blamed, if the company cannot fill in when someone is off sick then it is their fault, not the person who was off work. Nothing but sympathy should be extended to someone who is sick.

Having said that, it's not really helpful to post such sarcastic comments aimed at what are, after all, your potential customers. Probably better to just not say anything. Bear in mind that people have no idea what is happening when the information is not forthcoming. They have no way of knowing you're sick, and when people are being asked to part with their money it's fair that they should expect some kind of information about what they're paying for. Again, the company's fault for not filling in. It's hard to believe they can't spare 5 minutes of someone's time to simply post up a schedule.

So I would ask that

1. Forum members don't make personal comments about the BS staff who post here. They are just people with a job to do.
2. Forum members recognize that when things go quiet it is more likely to be the company's fault than the BS rep.
3. BS staff who are representing the company don't make snidey comments about the customers when the vast majority of us are reasonable.

Let's just get a bit of mutual respect going here.

This is a prime example of why you get so much flak on here.

All you needed to do was say "Sorry guys, I've been ill." Everyone would understand.

Instead you post a load of sarcastic abuse. Is it any wonder some of us react the way we do?

In reply to the guy from Babestation. I sympathise with your predicament but not so much with the sarcastic nature of the rest of the post. I have learnt above all else in my life that customer service is everything and that sharp criticism of perceived poor quality service is par for the course. For me to have reacted in such a publicly sarcastic way in the face of criticism would not have gone down well with any of my employers. No matter how unfair the criticism seems there are ways and means to react to it. I have no problem with schedules not being updated from time to time and like to wait for explanations on things before casting judgement. However such is human nature that not everyone shares that approach rightly or wrongly. There are things I think BS does well and others not so well but that sort of reaction to criticism is in my view rather unhelpful.

Well that's fucking annoying - the picture is totally tossed for me tonight - can't get the picture stable and it's effectively a screen full of mpeg garbage.
So I'm missing Krystal's show. This is a fucking disaster. Fucking sun-spots or something idiotic like that, but whatever I'm really really pissed off
