Due to the fact that I haven't watched WWE for 5 years, I have absolutely no idea who most of these women are. What do they do? - serious question.

Back in the day, the 'babes' (Sunny, Francine, Terri etc.) had proper wrestling backgrounds (not necessarily as workers, but at least as valets) & weren't just random 'lookers'. If this is what people want, then I can't knock it, though there is a history in WWE, of the powers that be telling people what they want. The only current girl (to my knowledge) that genuinely came through the ranks is Alexis Laree.

imo the girls on wwe are just there for there looks but sex sells as they say and the female wrestling skills in wwe is poor

TNA on the other hand seem to give girls with actual talent a try and the wrestling skill is 10x better than wwe

since tna came along on twc on sky and then to bravo wwe has taken a back seat for me in all areas tna is by far better but thats going of the girl subject lol

I completely agree!!! about that maybe in the Attitude Era I may have said differently, but since watching from about 2004(this TNA I have been watching wrestling since I was like 8) TNA has always been the leading company for me. much more entertaining and better wrestling all round. my fav womens wrestler is in TNA, she's got the looks and amazing wrestling skills. check out these gifs

any news on when christy hemme returns??

well I did here a rumour on a website that her injury was faked. it's because Awesome Kong is actually injured. if you have noticed all her matches have been really short as of late and she hasn't really done that much.

This is slightly off-track, but I think TNA has gone down the shitter, particularly in the last 6 months. It stinks of Russo - a guy who struck lucky, some 10 years ago (for a short time). He's pretty much said that he isn't a wrestling fan. He likes the soap opera / entertainment angle, but as his dreadful involvement with WCW proved (putting the strap on himself for 1 example) & his various periods in TNA (when the Company tends to extinguish anything it previously achieved without his sorry input). More or less every angle they use now is a cheap ass re-hash (for MEM sustitute nWo - but a really shit version of it with guys who haven't main evented since Adam was a lad - Kurt excluded).

The majority of the booking is now boring or plain ridiculous.

Back to the Women's Division; imo ODB sucks - just an idiot. Taylor Wilde - midget with very limited ability & by and large not 'over'. Sojournor whatsherface - OK she did at least work the indies, but what does she bring to the party & why would anyone mark for her. Beautiful People (or the best mother / daughter team on the circuit, as they were described elsewhere) - OK they've served their time, but pretty much suck as a team & individually.

I have time for Roxxi & Melissa (if she ever gets out of the burkha) & even Christy Hemme for the work that she's clearly put in recently. Gail Kim was a 'loss'. Only so long she could continue to work programmes with Kong & Kong did carry her to an extent, but I enjoyed or could at least watch most of their matches.

Not really sure where the Women's Division is heading & if Russo is involved, the answer to that, is nowhere.

i always have time for Roxxi she is a tuff hardcore wrestler tna should let her have more hardcore matches. i always have time for ODB she is a tuff wrestler crazy some times but cool. i don't have time for the beautiful people they think they are the most beautiful people i don't think so they suck
