I've never heard of £20 extra for a GFE to be honest. Other things like anal, facials, CIM etc. but GFE usually is more a description of their service than something you'd have to pay extra for. You're all missing the point. Yes it is usually in the description of services but my point is that a girl who offers that service is normally more expensive than one who does not, not an optional extra. Having said that I have come across it as an extra.

I wouldn't say that's the case either to be honest. I've punted with girls for £50 who give a full GFE and also with girls for £170 who wouldn't even allow closed mouth kissing, let alone DFK. Every girl's different, best checking with them beforehand if it's something that really matters to you.
