There's not much news on FS at the moment, but if I try to download a file, I see this.

Well not here. If you check their homepage, there is a clear message :

and I just checked a few file links, and get a similar message.
Perhaps your friend was seeing an old homepage from a cache or something, or maybe not all the filesonic servers have been updated yet.

Yep, Filesonic have disabled all sharing services which means all my video links won't work.

I haven't decided if i'll transfer them to another host but until then if someone needs a specific video pm and i'll upload that.

The confusion arrived from the fact i was uploading some files and still can quite happily. I can even download them too, but I can't get links to share with any one.

So basically you can use it for personal up and downloading still.

holy hell, so is that every video on this forum? the majority aside from MU was filesonic right? oh except video bam. ill give that one another week how long before the forum moves on to torrents
