RE: The Official WWE Discussion Thread
Apparently Animal,Hacksaw and Roaddog will all take part in the rumble match i am still hopeful my pick X-Pac will turn up. From what i hear the plan is no longer for Punk/Jericho at Mania they want Jericho/Taker and Punk/HHH which will suck for punk at least.

RE: The Official WWE Discussion Thread
i'm thinking i should have changed some of my royal rumble predictions, the way some of my "smark" friends are talking,i think i am in for a surprise, but what do they know really,i think Jericho is a bit of a predictable choice to win,as is Orton, but i think giving him a royal rumble victory in his hometown will be good and he can then feud with Daniel Bryan, and even put Bryan over at Mania to make him look a stronger champion, but if Jericho wins then i guess he feuds with CM Punk,or if Sheamus wins,he feuds with Punk, that would be good, who knows, only an hour and a half away,Orton FTW

Disappointing rumble, the cage match was short with a predictable finish, divas match was alright cause Beth is back and she laid out that useless bimbo Kelly Kelly,Cena and Kane was crap,Drew McIntyre loses again, this time to Brodus Clay, would of been good to see him in the rumble but alas he wasn't in it,Punk beating Ziggler was a surprise, thought he would get screwed in that one,and the rumble itself was not too good,Miz and Rhodes got a decent push in it,you had some surprise entrants in it,no X Pac or Brock Lesnar though and Big Show at number 30 seemed a bit of an anticlimax, shame Orton didn't win cause i predicted he would and also had a daft bet on with my cousin's mate, but Sheamus does it,so that is alright, didn't think they would give the victory to Jericho,Raw could be interesting tonight

RE: The Official WWE Discussion Thread
Quite disappointing PPV one of the worst rumbles in recent memory. Kharma and Roaddogg being the two main highlights not enough surprises and way too many shit wrestlers with spots in the rumble match. Cena/Kane sucked as much as i thought it would (ryder needs to choose better friends) Punk/Ziggler was ruined by the Johnny Ace factor and the least said about Drew getting buried again the better.

Well that was a load of anticlimactic, sweaty, dog testes that was. Doesn't look like the BIG Ziggler push is forthcoming. And why have Show wipe out as many younger faces as he did in the Rumble ? I can only assume the rumour of the Show/Shaquille O'Neil WM match is true then and they're trying to build Show up again (for the 2 millionth time).

I didn't mind the show that much, yes it wasn't the best ever Rumble event. Thought at times the Rumble match went to into comedy a little bit too much but pleased with the winner and the fact they put an effort into Miz and Rhodes throughout.
Both of the 'bonus' matches were simple TV stuff. Can see there building up Beth as dominant to face Kharma at WM.
Hoping to see Bryan/Sheamus as Mania. Which of course last year was the pre-event dark match for the US title but got changed into a Battle Royal.
