WWE has come to terms on the release of SmackDown Superstar Ricky Ortiz as of today, Aug. 8, 2009. We wish Ricky the best in all future endeavors

Again No big surprise. Never got over in ECW so god knows why they moved him to smackdown at least its another piece of deadwood off the WWE roster. No doubt he will turn up in TNA in a few months.
