heads up to the guys, this will most probably be censored or i'll be banned, but anyone who is thinking of calling, you wont get much change out of a fiver (16p change) to call, then wait for the stupid bloody message - which is supposed to help you (why aint that bit normal rates then) you then press a button and find surprise the lady you wont is on a call, so you pay a fiver and do not get to speak to the lady.

as I said, if you get phone probs, more likely to get results if you message me direct on here or via the contact email address on the website so we can track things down, we more often than not would need a number you called from or account, so we can then potentially fix a fault if there is one, or refer you to the people where the fault might lie.

does anyone have details of their phone call regulators please, as at first bb was very helpful, he is now not replying on here or to private messages, i thought he was a decent guy.

the irish number they display does not work

is there a problem with the phones tonight phoned up got through to Donna got cut off back to the main menu pressed 1 to try and reconnect said girl unavailable but was still on screen on the phone redialled and selected 1 again and got same message girl unavailable

They seemed to be having a problem last night about 12.45 am - Adele seemed to have got cut off twice from a caller within the first few seconds. For a moment she was most un-Adele-like and seemed to be having a few sharp words and gesturing to somebody offset.
