RE: POSSIBLE New Channel
Intriguing!

I would strongly suggest that if you want to research this seriously you set up a separate dish to monitor the channels. This can be done all over Europe.

In Spain you'll probably need a bigger dish than normal (1 metre diameter at least) and it needs to be pointed at 28 degrees east (Astra 2/Eurobird). Any satellite receiver will do because the channels are free to air, or you can get a second hand Sky box from eBay for around £50.

There are loads of British expats in Spain who use local companies to set up the dishes so that they can continue to watch UK TV, therefore you'll have no problem with the technical aspects.

Got a dish already, but it's for my own sky tv. british tv is better than spanish and will see if my hubby has any floating about on his base, amazing what you can find on army bases. lol! Astra 2 is good as you get all of BBC and ITV ones FREE. lol!

Indeed, but I'm confused. if you already have your own Sky system set up in Spain you can therefore watch the babe channels, yet you said before that you couldn't.

My own personal sky dish at my house, not for work. Also I do have kids, so got blocks on babe channels for obvious reasons.

[split] New Here
Been told that we can't broardcast it in the UK and only in Spain if we want to record in Spain. We also have strict thing on levels, even though there is no watershed, been told 6am - 9pm full clothed, 9pm - midnight topless, midnight - 6am hardcore.

[split] News on new channels
Under Euro rules that come into force in December, if a channel is based abroard and targeted at the UK Ofcom can ask it to clean up it's act, and if it doesn't, order that country's government to close it down. (There's a bit more to it than that, but you get the idea).

also if they are recorded abroard they have to also be broadcast in their country of filming, well that is Spanish law at least, and know that there are other countries that do the same.
