Some wild speculation there, SB.

Ofcunt are just doing what the law says.

No, they are not doing what the law says. The concept of R18 and restriction on it's sale to licenced sex shops only applies to DVDs and video tapes. The Broadcasting Act did not change that. If in doubt have a look at the top shelf material in your local newsagent - penteration shots, cum shots, DP and perhaps even strong fetish material that would be illegal in an R18 video. If it's in a magazine it's legal.

It is also totally legal (for now) for a UK company based in the UK such as Portland, Sport or Bluebird to sell R18-strength harcore online.

My local newsagent stocks such material and also inside the heavily concealed cover you will find an r18 dvd with the full works such as penetration cum shots etc as ive bought them before.SmileSmile

RE: Ofcom stuff
Since the Digital Economy Act was made law by the past government several week ago Ofcom has been charged to oversee the implementation of measures designed to combat internet piracy.

They have been given just eight months to put together a Copyright Infringement Code of Practice that would introduce and govern the internet piracy measures.

No additional resources have been allocated to the media watchdog to carryout this function and therefore they are looking at the industry to self-regulate. What a cop out.

"Our first task will be to establish the feasibility of an industry drafted code," Ofcom said.
"Such a code would need to have the support of a sufficiently wide range of stakeholders for it to be credible and would need to be submitted to Ofcom within a period of time to satisfy the deadline for implementation."

Ofcom said if this failed, the watchdog would "move quickly to draft an appropriate code on which we will seek input from all stakeholders".

Any such code must be submitted to the European Commission for approval

Ofcom have stated that ISPs will be required to notify web users of allegations of illegal file-sharing by copyright holders as well "maintain a list of the subscribers who receive multiple unchallenged notifications". All such storage and use of information must be in line with current Data Protection laws.

Copyright holders themselves seeking to obtain details of illegal file-sharers in a bid to start legal proceedings against them will be required to obtain a court order first and could only gain access to the details of web users that had not challenged the accusations of illegal downloading.

"Subscribers must be provided with sufficient information in any notification such that they can challenge the basis under which the notification has been sent. They must also have access to a robust and effective appeals mechanism," Ofcom said Something Ofcom themselves do not have as part of their own enforcement procedures, very hypocritical

The watchdog is also required to provide the Secretary of State, whoever that is now, with quarterly reports covering levels of illegal file-sharing in the UK and the extent of legal action by copyright owners.

If the measures fail to reduce net piracy by 75 percent, the Secretary of State could ask ISPs to implement 'technical measures' against those accused of illegal downloading. These include restricting connection speeds and temporary internet bans.

For a multi-million pound industry it's amazing how they have got the government to do their dirty work.

Lets hope that with the watchdog now looking over its shoulder at the new parliament and this additional work they will leave the babe channels alone by which time a review of their responsibilities will have been carried out.

Lets hope its the last thing these ofcom bastards ever do and play no part in the new government, ofcom are a disease of the outgoing party so lets end this censership once and for all and make this country great again for freedom and right to express themselves, so long as its in the right context, ie sky sports for sports, sky movies for movies and I think you get the point.

...and then we just have to hope that whichever government is in power will have the balls to tell the Womens Groups to shut up and all those people who choose to be 'offended' at anything to get a fucking grip.

RE: Ofcom stuff
an occasional or frequent nipple slip or anything cant be to bad can it
ofcom ? i think if you continue with the restriction you just ruin it for everyone,so from saying certain people are complaining about a little bit of seeing a sexy girl,it must mean alot of people dont want to watch, its a free country so they can turn channels ? which i might add are well away from usual telly stuff anyway,,the show must go on and it can probably only be us that want to see anyway which i dont think any of us are compaining accept about you being to strict ?

its all about stress releif and having fun at the end of the day and its good to see when you chill out after a hard day shocked

Thanks 4 All The Good Times *!*
