yet more proof kelly is gorgeous with clothes on as well as off

If the government want to get people out of their cars why don't they just inform everybody that they might see Kelly if they travel by train?

I'm thinking there could be an on going series here featuring Kelly on various forms of public transport; taxis, trains, planes, hovercrafts, horse-drawn carriages etc.
