Sorry if this has already been said as I haven't looked through all the pages of this discussion but Rio isn't exactly a model caption is he. Banned for 9 months in the past for failing a drugs test plus he's serving a ban now for violent conduct against fagan at hull. Also he always seems to be injured this season and on the rare occasions when he does play looks weak.

Rio at no point failed a drugs test. He recieved his ban for missing a drugs test.
Still a drug ban but nobody other than Rio knows if he would have passed it or not.
