It doesn't matter what he thinks, being England captain is a high profile position, one which carries certain responsibilities,one of which is being a role model and a serial adulterer is not the type of role model people want there children to look up to.

So a kid grows up and cheats on his wife, here's the excuse " I did it because when I was growing up my role John Terry did it so I thought it was OK". C'mon, you know thats BS.

Parents can be role models to their children I never said they can't but for the millions of kids wanting to be footballers they look to their favourite players(and I am sure an England captain will be one of them) as role models... and not their mum and dad!
