I wonder if each of them cancelled because they thought the other one was going to be in

Lola and Kerrie had some form of falling out a while back (they were besties for a good time). Suspect when they found out they were on together they both bailed.

You would have thought, though, when Kerrie started again at 66 one of them would have had the presence of mind to tell the producers not to schedule them together and avoid this happening.

Of course it's always possible they did, and it was 66's fuck up
