RE: Boxing
I just hope Mayweather stands up and fights,he has the skill but i remember in the Hatton fight he was almost bent double a lot of the time,it may just be a personal gripe for me but it does wind me up when boxers bend and crouch to almost waist level to avoid punches and then complain about being hit on the back of the head,to be honest i've not seen a lot of Mosley so i'm looking forward to seeing two well matched boxers doing their job in style.
Don't forget that tonight at 9PM on sky sports 2 is Prizefighters The Cruiserweights with Herbie Hide.

RE: Boxing
Mayweather used his gravity style against Hatton cause he knew Ricky is a big body puncher, and using that style meant Ricky could not get close to him and force him against the ropes as he likes to do, also Floyd would be able to pick him off with the jab and combo`s which he did.
Mosley will pose a different test as he will be taller and maybe heavier, that said Mosley is 38 & has only had 4 fights in the last 3/4 years albeit against good fighters like Antonio Margarito, Ricardo Mayorga & Miguel Cotto. Mosley will have to start with a fast pace as he knows Mayweather`s speed and foot work will be too much come round`s 7,8,9 but this will mean he is planning on knocking out a guy who is 40f 40w 25 ko`s, if Mosley paces out the fight and try`s to use his size advantage he will leave him self open to be picked off just like Mayweather did with Ricky.... That people is why it might and i say might be a good fight.

RE: Boxing
Mosley never stood a chance, even in the second round when he almost rocked Mayweather Floyd`s defence was too good, Mosley took the wrong stance all fight rather than standing flat footed in front of Mayweather so he could be picked off all night he should have used the same stance as Mayweather and gone side on to give him self more & quicker movement.

As for Mayweather v Pacquiao it sounds like Floyd is once again hoping to bitch out, he knowseek Pacquiao can genuinely beat him that`s why he`s hoping to duck the fight so he can keep his legacy. he knows Manny & Freddy have the skill & game plan to be in with the chance, and that`s why i think Manny will agree to the blood testing, then disagree to Floyd`s 90/10 purse split. It`s gonna be a great fight bring on November.

RE: Boxing
as for Mayweather v Pacman
id be shocked if this fight happened, floyd will come up to some reason(excuse)
Hes pretty defiant he wants his drug testing rules which make no sense really.floyd wants blood testing right up to the fight.thiers no argument in pac agreeing to take the urine samples up to the fight he just feels that taking blood so close to a fight drains him(I can understand were hes coming from)and hell take them after thefight, were it will show if he was on something.

Mayweather won`t agree to testing after the fight he want`s it HIS way, before the fight now he knows Manny won`t agree to it Floyd will stay difiant, if Manny beats him and then tests after the fight then Manny`s won on both accounts.

Like i said for Floyd it`s about keeping his unbeaten record he will try and do as much as possible not to take the fight, it might come down to Freddy & Manny`s team saying listen Manny just accept the (Floyd`s) rules (which may include a 60/40 ish purse split) and lets get it on.

I think some of Boxing`s legends should come out and tell Mayweather to just accept the fight no matter what let`s see who`s the top man, back in our day we didn`t bitch we just met in the ring and the best man won!. Thats pretty straight forward.

RE: Boxing
Even though Oscar De La Hoya probably gave Floyd his toughest fight so far over 12 rounds, nobody has genuinely hurt Mayweather like Sugar Shane did in that 2nd round. The 3rd round was key though... I don't think Mosley expected Mayweather to come back so strongly after that 2nd round, and consequently he was on the back foot for the rest of the fight. Mayweather showed he's a true champion... Great performance from Floyd.

Let's hope the Pacquiao fight goes ahead...

I'm here to help - if my help's not appreciated then lotsa luck, gentlemen.
