Did channel 46 break the rules last night with show by Morgan and Charlie on PartyGirls. They were both completely topless for a long time and were also rubbing each others nipples. Checkout the Smile TV channel threads if you missed it.
It was excellent. I thought the previous nights show was good with Megan and Geri but this was even better.
At this rate of improvement, the knickers will be off in a few days!Big Grin

Have the Ofcom rules changed recently?

RE: Ofcom
I didn't know nipple rubbing had ever been banned either.

RE: Ofcom
apparently there are different rules for freeview and sky which means party girls did break the rules last night but don't quote me on this

I am sure I have seen something somewhere on this forum that special rules apply for phone in shows like this that prohibit such things. Why have they never done anything like it before?

RE: Ofcom
I don't think they realise freeview has different rules to sky programming, if they do, they might know something we don't!

my theory is in the other thread about the night's activities Wink
