BSX Tech Problems (Including Black Screen)

....the stream continues to freeze.

If someone is looking for the webstream wait and save your money till they have solved

Fix the webstream and we might be able to watch it!!!!!!

I had problems with the webstream on Sunday when I know a number if forum members simply gave up. I persevered for an hour before emailing BSX and complaining. Last night they replied saying I could watch BSX for free if I mailed them the code. As I was trying to watch Danni Levy on Sunday and she was on Academy last night I did not want to watch BSX so I emailed back and said could I use the offer when Danni was next on BSX. They have now replied that they can find no trace of me ever ordering BSX. Ridiculous! I'll let you know how they deal with my reply. They do clearly accept that the webstream is rubbish which I suppose is progress of a sort

Also this evening the webstream doesn't works.

Now sorted out. I have credit for a show to use anytime until the end of April & Danni Levy is on BSX on the 7th. I'll start praying now that the webstream works.

Pity that the webstream isn't sorted though - I was at a mates house last night who has BSX membership and we tried to watch the webstream which to say the least was very poor quality.

The picture was very grainy and fuzzy and constantly freezing - so much so that whilst we tried to watch it was running between 15 and 20 minutes after the live broadcast.

To offer this very poor service as part of the membership deal is a travesty

This is capture so think twice before pay for it
(small screen, low quality and continuos freezes)

Now the images are freezing every 2/3 secs also on the poor definition, simply unwatchable.


Pay for this is a waste of money, sorry to say that but it's only the truth.

Cant even get that far yet again ripping us off cant get to the payment screen, do they want the business when they put a show on us sky viewers want to see
