BSX Tech Problems (Including Black Screen)

Hi,

Is anyone here a member of the bsx website? I'm having problems with the video playback and just wandered if anyone else was having/had had similar issues?

The videos play but often freeze while the audio is still playing.

ahh ok. most players have an option to raise or lower the stream quality. it's probably on 720p. try and lower it to 480p and also make sure your not running any other programmes like bit torrent that will use up your bandwith. this all could be completely wrong but not being a subscriber, i'm totally guessing!

Thanks for the help but it's not a quality issue as the video is still playing (you can hear the audio) but the video itself freezes (while the audio is still playing) and then jumps forward after like 5/10 seconds to where it should be. It just keeps doing that.

It's like the flash player has crashed but i have checked other videos and they run fine and even restarted adobe.

Any other ideas? Sounds to me like a fault with the actual website but just wandered if anyone else was having similar problems

Has somebody forgotten to put the tape into the VHS machine ?

^ seemed like it was just that - came back on for the 2nd liveshow, after duplicating the regular babenation feed for a few minutes.
