Virgin Media - Babeshows

The clue's in the question.

Got totally pissed off with Sky because they wanted to charge me a fortune for a Sky+ box. Anyway I signed up with Virgin Media (cable) and got their V+ box free. My problem is they don't show the babe channels like Sky and I dont fancy laying out any more cash for a subscription.
I'm really missing all the girls and would like to know if anybody has any advice how to watch them.

Your help would be appreciated.

If your sky dish is still hooked up all you need is a first generation sky digi box (you can probably pick one up second hand for 15/20 quid) connect the dish to the digi box and now you have the babe channels again. If you've still got your sky viewing card it should revert to freesat status, otherwise you might be missing one or two babe channels but still have most of them.

I've got the setup that Oopnorth mentions - VM box and a Sky box (plus my old viewing card so running it as freesat). Unfortunately a satellite receiver is the only way to get the babe channels other than via live streams on some of the channels websites.

I've done a quick check without the viewing card and the only stations that seem to block are 937 & 945 (2 of the Sportxxxbabes channels) but the others are all still fine.

I moved your post to the VM thread. You can't get the babeshows through Virgin Media, but there's a little advice in the posts above about where you can get them.

Do you get all these channels with virgin cable tv?

Unless something's changed recently, I don't believe you get any of the FTA/FTV babe channels on Virgin. I've merged your thread into the main thread on this subject.

Does anyone know what babe channels are broadcast on Freesat? Surely it must have more than Freeview due to more channel space?

Babestation 1 an Flith are Offically on the Freesat EPG but if u change into Non Freesat Mode(All Freesat Boxes have this Mode) you can add all the Rest of the Babe Channels so in reality all the babe channels that are on sky are on Freesat.
