nope just install it.
save a playilist.m3u from the list given
double click on its icon and vlc should play the streams.
ctrl+r to record same again to stop recording.

but honestly if your looking to record rtmpdump/ffmpeg/livestreamer all do it better with less resource overheads.

im looking for a bit of advice,google chrome,firefox in fact name them all on andriod tv box,up until a month or so back i had no problem watching the babe channels,then bang ,just cant get them to play,messed around in settings ( not exactly sure what i am doing) but nothing seems to work,any ideas what the problem could be ?

Does anyone has issues playing the webstreams on their phones using data ? Ive tried all different sites but the video boxes to play dont load

Try using a search engine and type in the error message if you get one OR search out your particular make and model and see if there is a forum for help and support(there usually is) and someone might have the solution.

I dont get an error message this is all that loads

do they play over a wifi connection?

Yeah fine on wifi but im away on holiday so only have my data...

How do i enable flash ? Im on android
