The first one was actually less offensive. Language filters are pointless at times, aren't they?

That name will soon get deleted too, because as Mister Gummidge says it's more offensive than the first one.

I seriously advise tombarlow123 to find an inoffensive name as soon as possible, now that the league is sponsored, otherwise he may get kicked out by the premier league and miss out on winning one of our prizes.

Yes tombarlow123 could be permanently banned, as a second choice of offensive name means exactly that, according to the rules:

"The Premier League reserves the right to reject team names or league names which are deemed to be inappropriate, offensive or confusing. Any names so rejected may be changed and notified to The Premier League within 7 seven days. In the event that the alternative name proposed on behalf of any applicant to play the Game in such circumstances is again rejected at The Premier League's discretion the relevant applicant will be treated as being in breach of these terms and conditions."
