What sport are these people supposed to be playing ?

So the Football Association are going to honour Wayne Rooney by inviting him to play for England v USA.

They'll be giving him a knighthood next.

I know we all have our favourites from our respective generations, and I write this without any bias, (I seriously mean that folks), but Rooney will never in my mind be as half as great as Bobby Charlton or Jimmy Greaves.

Shame to see Martin O'Neill part company with Northern Ireland after their relegation. I have always felt when the draw was made, that Northern Ireland would end up in a group that they would most likely fall short just hope he isn't lost to football after that as I think he is well respected in the game.
