Neither appears to be true. Rather than being fired, Wagner told the club that he needed a break from management. No large payoff either, as he's only being paid for the rest of this season.

Theirry Henry's not doing well as the manager of Monaco. They've only won 2 games out of 12 games since he took charge.
He's now been suspended before a decision is made.

So he walked and wasn't fired. But I call being paid for the rest the session a large payout.

I remember Millwall had a terrible reputation and probably still do and I pray they never get into the Premier League. As I recall in the bad old days of the football violence of the 1970's they used to have their 'fans' dress in hospital greens and masks-bunch of fucking nutters I mean who the hell goes to a football match, not bother with the game and look for trouble! Their mantra is "We are Millwall, everyone hates us and we don't care!" Yes we do hate you and god helps us all if they ever achieve Premier League status.

The Scottish equivalent is Airdrieonians formally Airdrie United
