Dani has her detractors but the downloaders quite like her.

How can anyone complain about Dani when she looks that good.

My complaint is not about Dani, but about the absolutely pathetic , ridiculous folly that Babestation adopt in regards to her: The minute that this woman goes on her back THE CAMERA IS UP TO HER FACE. 98% of the time the camera is only allowed to look at her face and breasts, apart from the occasional 'behind shots'. She is obviously a targeted woman by OFCOM, just like Jemstone, and a few of the others. But how can the producers be so damn stupid as to be THIS intimidated by OFCOM? Don't these people have any logical sense? Why can't they see beyond the possibility of having the £ sign affected? INCONSISTENCY AND CONTRADICTION CANNOT BE JUSTIFIED UNDER ANY REGIME. Whatever applies to one MUST apply to ALL or else it cannot be justified.

Every sensible person must surely sympathize with the way that OFCOM bullies these people with fines. But nonsense is nonsense and needs to be challenged by sense.

It is such a shame that fear of losing the dollar intimidates humans away from being able to see sense!!!

RE: It's "National Let's Have A Pop At Dani Week"
Whatever the reasons are for the cameraman focusing on Dani's face for a lot of the time it has nothing to do with Ofcom , BS1 and BSXtra on freeview and all the Sky channels do not have a British Ofcom licence , these shows have a overseas Dutch licence and Ofcom themselves have stated that they do not have jurisdiction over the Cellcast babe channels , only Partyland on freeview may have the British Ofcom licence .

What utter nonsense!!! NOTHING passes through BRITISH broadcasting without OFCOM scrutiny and permission!

PS: if it did, then OFCOM would not be doing its job, and would be held accountable for any violations to rules which they themselves have put in place!

I say again the BABESATION shows are licenced abroad and do not have a licence granted by Ofcom , they are licenced in Holland and use a adult 16 cert licence , these shows are regulated by dutch licencing body not Ofcom , Ofcom have stated them selves that they do not have jurisdiction over the Cellcast shows , Adult babe channels are not allowed on freeview before 12am , the Cellcast show BS1 starts at 11pm , Ofcom can't do anything about this because it has a Dutch 16 cert licence . Ofcom were originally going to ban babe shows on freeview altogether until it was pointed out that this would be unfair as the ban would only affect shows with a British licence , the Cellcast Dutch shows would still be able to broadcast because Ofcom admitted them selves that they could not ban the Cellcast Dutch licenced shows , so Ofcom agreed to let other shows with the Ofcom licence continue to broadcast after 12am (Partyland and Bangbabes) on freeview .

Life is short . Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile .

It matters not where the licences have come from: all that matters is WHAT IS ALLOWED TO BE VIEWED ON BRITISH BROADCASTING. That is OFCOM jurisdiction, and ONLY OFCOM jurisdiction.

Ofcoms powers over licence holders from over sea's is strictly limited according to a company rep of one of the channels that used to be represented on this forum , Ofcom drew up new rules and regulations for the British babe shows with a Ofcom Licence , the new code of conduct came into force on the 1st of September 2010 , this new code of conduct ie the shows now require a advertisement licence to operate under , does not apply to the Cellcast shows with a Dutch licence , Ofcom themselves have said this , the Cellcast shows are governed by the Dutch code of conduct rules so do not abide by the new Ofcom rules , the only time Ofcom can get involved with the Cellcast shows is if they breach rules and regulations has to what can be shown on British tv unencrypted ie open leg shots of licking and sucking pussy's etc , so like i said Ofcom have nothing to do with what is or isn't shown of Dani , it is Cellcast because Ofcom have not drawn up the rules of conduct for Dutch licence holders , so has long as they don't breach the British tv decency laws they have no jurisdiction over Dutch licence holders , they definitely cannot single out certain girls to be more censored in their shows than others (Dani)

Are the cameramen not just focusing on Dani's strengths.

Infact it may be Dani herself who's asked for these camera angles.

What's OFcom got to do with it.Huh

I think more often than not Dani has got her fingers down her knickers having a play Smile, so the camera men keep well away Sad

RE: Dani O'Neal - Discussion Thread - Ofcom related posts
Dani O'Neal never shows any more than her breasts anyway regardless of what rules are in place, just to clarify on the rules again.

Babestation - Full non explicit nudity allowed after 2200 until end of show.
Babestation Xtra - Same as above. (They both have Dutch Licences)
Partyland - Full non explicit nudity allowed after 2200 but only until 0100. (UK Licence) Partyland on freeview starts at 0100 hours.

Also just to clarify other shows which have UK licence are also allowed full nudity after 2200 so long as it doesn't air on freeview as ofcom don't seem to think that the freeview box's are capable of sufficiently blocking out the adult channels however those with a foreign licence don't come under the same strictness of rules so ofcom are limited in what they can do so theatricality some channels might get away with the odd full frontal show but at the moment don't want to rock the boat too much and are probably playing it safe for the time being to avoid a potential fine, but the broadcasting code is still very confusing. I would hope than in the not to near distant future that all these restrictions are removed but the only way that'll happen is if ofcom are either disbanded or take a more liberal view on these channels and recognise them for what they are sexy, funny and most importantly harmless.

Intense1, what matters are the Rules, not whether you or I think they make sense. As satellite signals can be received in many countries it would not be practical for a channel to be subject to the whim of perhaps 6 different regulators. Dont think that BangBeals or Elite go down too well in the Irish Republic, Poland or Estonia, but I bet they can be received there. Bizarrely Ofcom regular some Norwegan channels because they are uploaded from the UK, as well some Euro Pop channels. They have been found in breech because a Norwegian housewide objected to her kids hearing English language swearing - despite swearing being more commonplace in Nowegian. Seems it broke British decency standards.

So, Ofcom cant do a thing about it. Unless a channel deliberately targets the UK. Then Ofcom can go cap in hand to the Dutch authorities and ask them, pretty please, can they give the channel a slap?

When they finally stop laughing, the Dutch authorities might ask Babestation to clean up. Of course it would be entirely within Babestations rights to point to Ofcoms own Public Attitude Surveys and argue that their shows conform, and it is Ofcom that is out of step. Can I be a fly on the wall please?

Babestation might take the view that its best just not to get in that space, but while boundaries are similar, Dutch authorities dont go in for targetted harassment campaigns, making them preferable. Every hour spend digging out recordings and preparing a defence for Ofcom is time and money that could be better used.

Gone fishing
