Guys, your miss interpreting my post. The Malteser incident I was referring to, happened months ago when she was working for SportXXX. I have already posted a video of it here:

I firmly believe that anything shown on our TV's should be posted, because the performers and producers made the decision to show us something, so there shouldn't be any censorship here. If it was a private video, stolen video, or video from a pay site, then they should not be posted, but anything shown on TV is fair game. I guess if someone is really bent out of shape about something, then sure, don't post it, but the performers and show runners should take this into account before they do their shows, so that they don't do something they'll regret.

Whether people are worried about Ofcom, well it doesn't matter, because they could have easily been watching the show last night, and we've already discussed it, so they could have read about it here by now. Like I said before, last night's show was NOTHING compared to some other shows on other channels in the past and present, so there's nothing to worry about.

Also, there was nothing overly graphic in Lucy's shows, so that's not an issue either.

You didn't offend us Lucy, and you are one of the best, and gave a great last session (I missed most of the earlier ones)! Getting drunk is perfectly fine, especially on new years, but we were just a bit concerned that you weren't too far gone

Well Mrmann, I'm in total agreement with you when it comes to being free to post anything that's shown on a live broadcast.

But unfortunately, copyright law still exists, and if the channels themselves request a post be removed, then they have every right to do so, as copyright holders. I may not agree with it, but that's the law. I've had several dozen videos removed this way, it's just something we have to accept.

But if a specific model does not wish certain footage or material posted of herself, then I as a capper & video maker will respect their wishes. Dannii & several others have requested it in the past. and I still respect their wishes. So like I said, if Lucy specifically requests, that I don't post certain material. I will respect her wishes.

Well you're right about the laws, but I don't think they will request it not to be posted, as it's nothing we haven't seen before on other channels. They might do it to spare Lucy's feelings, but tons of viewers (Most people here I'd think) have already seen it, so it's a bit late.

I won't fuss if you decide not to post it though
