One of the girls on today (I believe it was Layla) gave a date for its closure - January 10.

However Bambi posted on her FB page yesterday: "The show isnt going no where, I have saved it woop woop lol : )"

Anyone (even inside the company) have the scoop?

A sign you need to get out more is when you refer to a channel as your "family"

Bit harsh, but made me laugh

As for The Chat itself, I don't think there's anything wrong with it, just like any other channel it's easy to avoid if you don't like it. There are obviously (at least 25) people who want it to remain on air, but it comes down to money. If the channel isn't making it, it won't remain on air

Feet? Tights? Nonsense?!? What could make more sense than asking a gorgeous girl with great breasts, bum and legs to show off her feet and/or tights

Any time I've watched The Chat, there have been plenty of texts asking about those very subjects

I understand that due to how busy it has been, despite the phones randomly logging themselves out at 8.15pm every night since Cellcast made the decision to close it, it will continue with a afternoon show 4-9pm from 11th January.

The T and T show will cease 30th December due to the broadcaster in T and T axing it. No great loss there!!

i've just checked bambi's fb and there's no mention of the chat being saved so don't know where that came from

mike i don't know where you heard the show will be carrying on as far as the girls know its still shutting on the 10th jan

as for that petiton you can't help the village idiots for what they write yes i do watch the chat and get joined in but that petition is just to funny i know people's heart are in the right place just wish they'd think a bit more about what their writing 'family' 'protests' hmmm, going a bit far me thinks
