How do the babe channels hire their cameramen?

Where do the cameramen look to apply for a job on these channels? Are they all friends, or friends of friends, or can a normal cameraman get work there?

I don't intend to try to get work there myself, but I'd still like to know.

Maybe I should just Google it?

Judging by the camera work, most of them don't have any training.

But you do realise that you need to use two hands on the camera.

Errrrr, Have you seen some of the camera work. I'm guessing by the jerky movements on some of the shots, not all of them do.

Judging by this article - training/qualifications etc not neccessarily needed. The main prerequisite is a mate in the industry who can then give you a fancy job title

Wow £200,000 for one little slip of the camera, I didn't realise how much money these shows must actually make to take tht sort of a risk.
