Blackberry On Contract, Don't Understand?!

Right, so lately I've been thinking of getting a new blackberry and stumbled across this enticing deal. However, when I go onto the site, it says that it costs £25 a month Do they charge for line rental aswell? Only I looked at a similiar deal and it did.

It's a cash back deal. You pay £25 a month for 24 months then you have to apply for the cash back. The lower price is the equivalent monthly cost with the cash back taken off.

Be warned, there have been plenty of cases of people having to fight for their money, not getting the money at all or the dealer disappearing. Your contract will be with the phone company but the cash back is via the dealer.
