The one in the middle looks A LOT like yer boy Nani to me.....The little fat bald ©unt looks a bit like Rooney and it's anybodys guess as to who the third lad is but with prominent lips i'd hazard a guess at Rio "Jar Jar Binks" Ferdinand

Thanks for those stats Fonzie! I was beginning to think I must have been drinking, although I know that was the following evening. I'm sure if Gardner played for a higher profile club then his contribution would be more greatly noticed; a goal from midfield in just over three games on average is very respectable. I'm not sure how it compares with United-bound Charlie Adam's statistics but how many of Adam's have been penalties?

I agree with you! I look at all the plaudits that some of the other candidates/nominees get every week and feel that it can only be his nationality and tendency to dive and act a dick that goes against him. Oliver Holt in The Mirror said as much the other week when he said he couldn't possibly vote for Nani because of the diving etc. But to not even make the list despite the season he's had is just staggering!
