Scotland gets independence.

The fun police that is the SNP are already intent on stopping any form of prostitution, no licence would ever be granted.

Most people in Scotland who could would probably try to move south of the border to try to avoid the proposed 3p in the pound extra Scottish income tax.

RBS and HBOS would collapse after having to pay the England Wales and Northern Ireland the outstanding loans they got from HMG.

STV may no longer be part of ITV's franchising system, so no more Corrie, or Emmerdale, or better still x factor, but the loss of these prime time shows will drive away the advertisers.
The BBC would have no remit to provide TV or radio to Scotland anymore, so no more eastenders, Dr who, Grand Prix, Wimbledon etc

Faslane submarine base would be closed due to the NATS dislike of nuclear weapons, losing about 2000 Scottish jobs at the base.

The RAF would probably close both Lossie and Leuchars, ecimating jobs in the North and East.

As a Scotsman I can quite happily say independence, don't be so bloody daft!!

I think it would be a good idea.

The only four 'world class' things we produce up here are Football managers, Snooker Players, Mass Murderers and impressively slutty babeshow performers.

So we may as well play to our strengths!
