Thanks for that. My post was a pretty poor attempt at being funny on my part. As the guy mentions in the video about the writers showing you stuff when they did'nt need to, so it must be important to the plot. The guy in the video does'nt need to have the bird there. Will it play some part later on or not. Or am I just talking bollocks. I'm going for the latter.

I guess I will be disappointed then. Though that said the majority of the audience are American so I'm guessing the level of intelligence needed won't be that high.

Well they will answer most, but some will be left, I presume its gonna have more questions answered than Life on Mars. I like that they leave stuff up to the viewer. Its just not as good if they spoonfed you everything.
