Can anyone recommend a good sim only plan?

Hi, I have been hunting for a new sim for my mobile. I'm wanting to know if any one may suggest a really good sim card deal? I am looking for about 300 min's, 500 texts plus some internet. I'm not really certain which network to choose either. Could any one recommend anything?
